Whether you’re a seasoned dipper or just looking to dare your director\, there’s something for everyone at the Gleeds Dip and Sip. \nHere’s what’s in store on event day: \n\nA fun\, Mr. Motivator-style warm-up to get you ready for the plunge!\nYou can even embrace the festive spirit with optional fancy dress for an extra fun.\nPost-dip celebratory bubbles and hot drinks to warm up.\nTreat yourself to a rejuvenating sauna by the bay with Steam and Salt after your icy swim.\n\nBy joining their team\, Gleeds ask you to join their fundraising efforts with a suggested goal of £50. They’ve chosen to support babies\, children and young people across the North East this festive time and join forces with Children North East as charity partners.
