Baby and toddler groups are a great place to meet other parents and carers with children your child’s age. We organise a range of activities every week in our families centre at Cowgate Centre, Houghton Avenue, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE5 3UT.

Stay & Play
A fun-filled morning and a great opportunity to meet other local families. 9:30 —11:00 Tuesdays for under 3s, and Thursdays for all pre-school age children (Term Time only). No booking required.
Baby Social @ Cowgate
A group for pre-walking babies and their carers. Join us for a group where babies learn through sensory exploration and connection. 1 - 1:45pm, no booking required. Term Time only.
Boogie Bairns
A singing and dancing session and a great opportunity to meet other families in the local area. 10:00 - 11:00 Every Monday (Term Time only). No booking required.
My Storytime Adventure and Play Session
Come and hear your favourite books brought to life through an engaging read-along for preschool-age kids, designed to be relaxed and fun! 10:00 - 10:45 Every Friday (Term Time only)
Baby Massage
A 5 week infant massage course to learn how to massage your baby. Suitable for babies from 6 weeks to crawling. Term time only, booking required.
Men In Mind Playgroup
For all Dads and male carers, join us for a fun filled play session and a chance to meet other families! 10:00 - 11:30, every Wednesday (Term Time only). No booking required
Chop Cook Bake
A fun cooking session with children age 5 and over and their carers. 3 - 4:45pm, Mondays. Booking required.
Cricketqube
