Poverty Proofing Co-ordinator

Salary: £26,683 to £29,288 per annum.

Location: This post is based at Children North East Head Office, 89 Denhill Park, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE15 6QE.

Contract Type: A normal working week is 37 hours. This role is fixed term for 12 Months.

Children North East is an innovative charity and we are looking to recruit an excellent Poverty Proofing Co-ordinator to deliver the ‘Poverty Proofing© the School Day Programme’.

Poverty Proofing© the School Day is a programme which combats the barriers to learning for disadvantaged students and involves engaging in meaningful and effective consultation with students, school staff and senior leaders. The School Practitioner will also contribute to the wider work of the schools team including curriculum based outdoor education and wider wellbeing interventions.
