Youth Peer Mentors
We are currently recruiting for young volunteers to take on the role of Peer Mentors to other young people who could benefit from someone to provide a person to listen, offer friendly support and help them explore opportunities and barriers in their life.
Peer Mentor a Young Person with SEND
We’re seeking young people aged 17 to 25 from Newcastle and Northumberland who could mentor a young person with SEND. Mentorship can include listening and signposting them to further support, attending activities with them or exploring what they are interested in.Mentoring Young People into Adulthood
The CAN project helps 16-25 year olds from Newcastle and Gateshead who may require support to transition into adulthood or make steps towards improving their confidence and reducing isolation. A mentor programme with a difference, it connects them with someone who can provide assistance tailored to their needs and ambitions.
