Get ready for the ultimate adult muddy adventure!
Clarty Big Bairns 2026 is a 5-mile obstacle course with over 40 challenging obstacles, making it the biggest adult mud run in the North East!
Whether you’re looking to push yourself, have a fun day out with friends, or build team spirit with colleagues, this is the event for you. Teamwork is key as you navigate the muddy obstacles, cheer each other on, and celebrate together at the finish line.
By being a part of #TeamCNE at Clarty Big Bairns, we ask that you aim for a minimum suggested fundraising target of £250. However, we understand this can be challenging! Our fundraising team will support you every step of the way with tips, guidance and resources. £250 could provide a neurodiverse young person with a year of monthly peer support, three counselling sessions for young people who have experienced abuse, and support five children to attend cooking sessions learning how to cook and eat a nutritious hot meal with their family.
Each participant will receive:
- A finisher’s medal
- A finishers bag
- An alcoholic beverage
- Catering vans will be on site so you can purchase food and drinks to refuel before or after the event
Whether it’s for fun, fitness, or as a team-building/CSR day, Clarty Big Bairns is a muddy challenge that helps babies, children, young people and families across the North East.
