Our counsellors are trained in many modalities, and will help create a plan to best suit the individual. These can include;
- Person-centred therapy
- Psychodynamic therapy

- Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (TF-CBT)
- Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)
- Art & Play Therapy

Services we are currently offering;
One-to-One Counselling
Our 1-2-1 counselling service are there for 9 to 18 year olds, providing support with a range of mental health challenges.
Support for Victims of Crime
We offer a counselling service for young victims of crime (aged 5 – 18) such as domestic abuse or hate crime, supporting recovery from the experience.
SAFE: Support for victims of sexual abuse
The SAFE programme provides therapeutic support to young victims of sexual abuse (aged 4 – 18) and their families, helping them process their trauma.
Little Minds in Mind
A parent-infant service to help you and your baby (up to two years old) develop a healthy relationship, and strengthen bonding and attachment.
Masquer-Aid
A programme for 11-25 year olds who have recently found out they’re neurodivergent or are waiting for a diagnosis, to learn about what it means to be neurodivergent and talk about their shared experiences.

Please note, we are only able to offer counselling through NHS referral. Referrals can be made via the Single Point of Access (NHS) on 0303 123 1147.
