Ways to Wellbeing Workshops
Ways to Wellbeing workshops provide expert guidance and learning for parents and carers who want to help their child through mental health challenges. Delivered by a charity on the frontline of supporting families, it provides an opportunity for schools to work together with parents to promote the best possible outcomes for pupils.

Schools providing support to families of pupil’s navigating mental health difficulties strengthen the impact of pastoral care provided during the school day and can promote a joined up approach to supporting pupils between family members and school staff. They also demonstrate their commitment to supporting families within their community.
Sessions for schools include the provision of guidance and resources on a range of emotional wellbeing concerns relating to children and teens, and information on self-care and care for the wider family during difficult times.
